Old tribal intensely used pipe, LUBA, DR Congo, mid 20th century

Rare, this authentic and tribal intensively used pipe from the LUBA from the DR Congo. The smell of wild African tobacco and a bitter sharp taste in your throat when you "suck" from the pipe. Beautifully carved figure, very refined and stylistically correct with red brown tikula powder and dried resin residues. I had a stand made for this beautiful object, which is of course included. Look closely at the photos. This used object is in good used condition!
