Refined statue of bone, Baule, Ivory Coast, ca 1980
Refined carved animal bone statue. The base and headpiece are made of wood covered with resin. The headgear has round copper nails. Both headgear and base are partly wrapped with finely twisted copper wire. Good condition, see the photos.
