Older Namaskara Mudra greeting statue, Nepal, 1960-70

This older Namaskara Mudra greeting statue has a striking appearance. Not in the least because of the fascinating head and the special position of the hands! They form a heart, as it were. The patina is convincing and appropriate for its age. A very dry statue, otherwise free of bugs. To be on the safe side, it was also wrapped in the freezer for three weeks.
