Large ceremonial cup from the Kuba. Without a doubt carved by a skilled carver. Beautiful face regardless of whether you look at it from the front or from the side. The well-known motifs of the Kuba are beautifully executed at the top and bottom. The foot had a chip that I had professionally restored. Patina appropriate for the age.
