Decorative IKENGA statue, IGBO, Nigeria, 2nd half of the 20th century

Very powerful statue of this Ikenga figure of the Igbo seated on an akwa chair/tabouret. Sword in the right hand and a skull on his left hand, figurations with pigment in the neck. Varied patina and a beautiful appearance overall. A beautiful non-tribally used decorative statue. See the pictures!
