Very old carved yak butter spoon, Nepal, early 20th century

Truly beautiful, very old yak butter spoon from Nepal. An intensively used object that is also beautifully decorated with geometric patterns. Crudely applied and therefore completely honest. Presumably used as a ceremonial object because it is so carefully carved. The patina of use is convincing and beautiful! Beautiful shape that differs slightly from the other spoons that you find with my other objects. Very nice together, about three on the wall, but of course also beautiful separately as a super decorative object. An object with a soul and a history of intensive use!
